“儿童企业”是一项关于可持续发展和企业责任教育主题的教育倡议,涉及OMAL运营部门的所有主管,以创建一种专门为小学四年级和五年级学生开设的课程,以探讨自然利益有关的环境、生态和发明。

授课方式包括教室内,以及公司内部的艺术工作室。主题工作涉及:免费作品,废弃材料的再利用,绘画和纸张装饰。为了熟悉特色企业形象和部门(IT、通信、商务,技术办公室),我们专注于第三年级课程。

此倡议允许重新计算孩子们的“公司工作”,以了解他们在未来的职业生涯中可从事的职业。
“社区志愿者”项目是一项倡议,涉及OMAL所有希望亲自参与帮助改善土壤的员工。该年度项目可能需在工作日内投入至少16个工作小时,帮助协会,公共实体和非营利机构对儿童、老年人和残疾人士提供援助和照顾。该项目向公司所有部门开放,并且不断发展,以便满足我们社区的需求,并尽可能地根据各机构的需求和OMAL工作人员的时间安排施与援助。2017年3月,OMAL的志愿者越过意大利边境与我们的印度合作伙伴共同参与,我们制作了英语视频课程,并加深了Rodengo Saiano小学和(印度)Chennai 小学之间有关食物和庆祝活动等文化方面的交流。

今年,我们开始实施了与“社区志愿者”项目相关的各项举措,其中包括ICARO BASKET团队的男孩与Rodengo Saiano的Istituto Comprensivo Ai Caduti的三年级课程之间的匹配以及与Villa Carcina的民间保护的新伙伴关系。

在未来,公司将以建设性的方式加强与原产地公司的关系,设想建立一种凝聚本地其他企业的责任模式,打破在可持续性领域的自主权限制。
Forte del legame che da sempre unisce OMAL al mondo sportivo, per il 2019 l’azienda ha rinnovato l’impegno a supporto del progetto sportivo ed educativo del Flag Football junior, rivolto a ragazzi e ragazze dai 6 ai 17 anni con l’obiettivo di favorire la partecipazione allo sport dei più giovani e soprattutto di ragazzi provenienti da famiglie in difficoltà che hanno così potuto esprimere il loro talento.
La volontà è stata quella di sposare un’attività basata sull’assenza del contatto fisico, in quanto l’avversario non viene fermato tramite il placcaggio, bensì staccando una bandierina (flag appunto) che è attaccata alla cintura e portando così all'interruzione dell'azione.
Questo sport di squadra permette quindi a tutti, uomini e donne, grandi e piccini, persone con disabilità fisiche e/o mentali (soprattutto nel settore junior, seguiti da tutor) di poterlo praticare.

OMAL 与当地的联系一直都非常紧密,这也是作为一家公益组织所追求的目标之一。
正是出于这个原因,我们与以下协会开展了合作:
- AOLE 是一个民间体育协会,致力于促进和发展残障人士的自主、融合、社会和文化融入项目。
- GAIM,一个非营利组织,20 年来一直在支持弱势群体自我价值的实现。
出于同样的愿望,我们共同组织了一次公司圣诞晚宴,以促进人们的融入和职业发展。
活动在罗丹哥-赛雅诺(Rodengo Saiano)公司一个布置舒适似餐厅的生产车间内举行。
2023 年,我们继续开展前一年的一项创新举措,参加“未来博览会”——一个代表着人类、自然和经济在相互尊重中共存的未来愿景空间,我们认为这是推广和传播可持续商业模式的基本步骤之一。

通过参展这次博览会,我们在宣传、培训、传播和提出具体实践和最佳实践方面做出自己的贡献。
向来展台咨询的学生、专业人士和个人介绍了我们的承诺和项目,通过富有成效和有益的交流来扩大积极影响。
这次活动公司展台吸引了700 人积极参与。
我们还收集了与公司未来发展项目有关的想法和建议,建立联系,倾听来自各个渠道、各行各业的意见。

2023 年,我们还决定继续与帕西拉诺研究院(Istituto Comprensivo di Passirano)合作开展 "Impresa Aperta "计划。
为初中三年级学生提供入学指导项目,向他们展示各种就业机会并帮助他们做出高中教育道路的重要选择。
项目组约 90 名学生分成两组,轮流在帕西拉诺工厂参加客服部与人力资源部的基础培训,随后在工厂经理的带领下参观生产部门。

In 2024, we launched the “BenEssere” action plan, an initiative that brings together a series of projects aimed at promoting the 360° well-being of the company’s workforce and that will continue to develop steadily over the coming years.

The initiatives implemented addressed several aspects of daily work and personal life, including:
Sustainability and practicality: installation of water dispensers and distribution of reusable bottles to employees, reducing plastic use and enabling savings on the purchase of bottled water.
Spaces for relaxation: creation of an outdoor refreshment area equipped with gazebos, tables, and chairs.
Health and awareness: automatic setting of zero sugar in coffee machines, raising awareness about the importance of reducing sugar consumption for health.
Medical prevention: access to MRI scans for the early diagnosis of cancer-related diseases reserved for the First Line.
Cancer screening: prevention initiatives for prostate and breast cancer addressed to the entire company population, with a participation rate of 68%.

Through initiatives ranging from sustainability to medical prevention, the company confirms its commitment to creating a work environment that supports everyday well-being and awareness. Caring for health, with a particular focus on prevention, is a fundamental value for us: investing in well-being means investing in the future, strengthening trust and participation across the entire company community.

We launched the “Pole Position” project, a training program focused on Leadership, Time Management, and Effective Communication, involving one representative from each department. The initiative had a dual objective:

  • Develop cross-functional skills, to encourage more effective collaboration and a more conscious management of activities and emotions.
  • Strengthen the company culture, oriented toward professional growth and dialogue between departments, creating opportunities for exchange that are not always possible in daily work.
With “Pole Position”, we continue to build an environment where people can grow, share, and transform their skills into tangible value, moving toward a company culture in which collaboration between teams becomes the key to addressing new challenges and achieving shared goals. ✨

In 2025, our company chose to support the “ParolePerDirlo” association, an organization that promotes and manages projects dedicated to children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses and neurodevelopmental disorders.

The collaboration project began by involving company managers who, on a voluntary basis, dedicated their time to support the association’s volunteers in installing wardrobes and other structures useful for the center. This concrete gesture helped improve the spaces and make the activities carried out every day more functional.

At a later stage, on the occasion of the Saint Lucy celebration, a voluntary collection of used toys in good condition was organized for the children hosted by the center. These toys represent valuable support for families and are also used as educational tools within learning programs, helping to make activities more inclusive and stimulating.

This initiative demonstrates the strong connection between our company and the local community, as well as our commitment to generating value for society. We believe that collective well-being also arises from simple yet meaningful actions, capable of creating connections, support, and growth opportunities for those who need them most.
